Overview

We are currently looking for a fluent German & English speaker (French would also be useful but not essential) with commercial customer service experience to work for a very successful client based on the outskirts of Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service and would enjoy using their language skills. This is a really involved role where you will be dealing with customers over the telephone and building relationships.

The Role

This is a Customer Service role where you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service using your language skills as well as office administration support. This role is the first point of contact for all general enquiries and order requests. You will be working within a small team and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks. You must be capable of dealing with people at all levels.

The Ideal Candidate

The most important requirement is that you can speak German and English fluently although if you had an awareness of French as well that would be a distinct advantage. You will also need to be organised and have the ability to multi task. Previous experience in a commercial customer service or administration role is essential. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to pick up technical information.
