Overview
A very well established and successful business is recruiting an Office Administrator to join the company. This a great opportunity for anyone looking to get into an administrative role, they are a very supportive company and would want to help further your own personal development in this role.

The Role
This job is working as part of a friendly team in the office doing a wide variety of administration tasks. You will get the chance to be involved in a variety of tasks such as:
• Administration of paperwork for other departments
• Delivering a top quality service at all times
• Some diary organisation and schedule management
• Other varied administration tasks and handling some queries by telephone

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need to be happy working in an office and ideally have a ‘can do’ attitude. It’s a small team so you really do have to care about what you do - everybody who works for the company is really passionate about the company. You will need to be very customer focused, as a business they pride themselves on delivering a first class customer experience at all times. You need to be have the willingness to learn and grow with the Organisation over time, be well organised and happy to deal with people at all levels. You don’t need previous office experience to be considered for this role however some work based experience is highly desirable.

This is a fantastic company for anyone looking to start their career in Administration. This is a full time role working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
