Overview
We are currently working with a well-regarded organisation to appoint someone into their Customer Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for providing an excellent service looking to work in an administrative role. They are wanting someone to join their team fairly quickly so ideally you will be available for work at short notice however a longer notice period will be considered for the right candidate. This is a full time, permanent role.

The Role
This is a varied role where duties will include:
• Liaising with customers by phone and email
• Processing customer information with a high degree of accuracy
• Liaise closely with internal teams
• Develop strong working relationships with customers
• Adhoc administrative tasks to help out other teams as necessary

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a people-focused positive attitude and be happy to manage your own workload. This role requires a very high attention to detail both in your delivery of customer service and management of information. Previous experience in a data processing role is highly desirable, as is previous exposure in a customer focused environment. This role requires strong computer skills including being comfortable in MS Excel.
