A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit a Czech / Slovak speaking Customer Service Adviser to join a friendly and supportive team of office based customer service advisors. You will be required to deal with inbound enquiries both on the phone and via email and expected to provide exceptional customer service. This role is based in their modern Fareham based office. This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone to join a company that highly value their staff and understand that a happy and motivated team are going to deliver first class customer service.

The Role
This will be a busy customer service role full of variety as each and every customer has a different requirement. Responsibilities will include:
• Managing inbound calls and emails from customers
• Answering general enquires
• Working closely with other internal teams to resolve problems or gain updates
• Helping customers with placing orders
• Processing payments and setting up credit terms

The Ideal Candidate
For this role it is essential that you are fluent in Czech and Slovak, both written and verbal; you will ideally have previous customer service experience and be enjoy helping people. You will need to genuinely care about your customers and want to deliver the highest level of customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident on the phone and have the ability to handle a large amount of calls.
