Overview
This is a great role that combines administration and customer service, working for a Company who is a market leader in their industry and works to very high standards. This role will be working as part of a team, processing large amount of paper work and working within a regulated environment. This is a temp to perm role and therefore you will need to be available to start work at short notice.

The Role
The main duties of this role are as follows:

Administrative support to the team
Liaising internally as well as with customers to meet their requirements
Using in house computer systems
High levels of data entry and error checking

The Ideal Candidate
Excellent customer service is important as you are the customer point of contact. You also need to be very organised, able to work at a high pace and have good administrative skills. Personally you need to be resilient, ambitious and willing to go the extra mile. Meticulous attention to details is essential; experience working with legal documents is desirable.
